Account Creation

Please complete these fields to create your account.

Student ID: This is an 8 digit number. It will have been issued to you in your offer to study letter. It is not the same as your UCAS application ID. If you do not have a Student ID number, please contact your Faculty at the University

Surname / Family Name: Please ensure you enter your family name as it appears on your University offer to study letter. If there are any discrepancies you will not be able to register.

First Name: Please ensure you enter your first name as it appears on your University offer to study letter. Please do not include your middle name. If there are any discrepancies you will not be able to register.

Email address: You must use a valid email address as we will use this address to send you your validation code. This address should be valid at least until the date you are due to join the University, and we recommend you do not use an email address you may lose access to (i.e. not a school or college address).

Please be aware that this e-mail address will be used for all correspondence relating to your accommodation application with University of Southampton, please take this into account if you applying on behalf of someone else.

Your password must contain a minimum of 6 letters and 1 number.
